Custom units can take 3-4 weeks to be completed. You will receive an email with your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

When will I receive my unit?

Because we do allow customers to make changes to their unit lengths and styles and add additional customizations the Pre made units are cut and styled to order. This can take between 10-14 business days. Shipping is sometimes sooner.

How are the wigs constructed ?

All of our custom units are made to your measurements , providing a perfectly secure fit for everyone. Our pre made lace closure units are made on a breathable, fitted adjustable cap with a additional elastic band and combs. Our frontal units are made on a secure, adjustable cap with an elastic band added to hold the lace in place as well as a comb in the back. No glue is necessary for any of our units.

How should I wear my hair under my unit?

To ensure the most flat and natural unit application, your hair should be cornrowed. For lace closure units, we recommend parting your hair where you would like the part on the closure to lay and down from there. For frontal units, small straight back cornrows with the ends sewn up and flat are recommended.

Can my unit be sewn down?

Yes! All units can be sewn down.

What to do when I receive my wig?

Try the unit on to make sure it’s a good fit for your head size. Please be mindful that units will travel inside of a bag inside of box so it may require restyling.  We do secure them with a net for security.  If you have issues please make sure to reach out to us and send photos before you cut the lace. If the unit it is faulty, once the lace is cut we cannot offer an exchange. Please email or text us we are happy to help.

What color are your wigs?

Unless stated all wigs will come in the natural color. 
Because natural hair varies in color some can be more brown than others. The natural color allows you, the customer, to add any additional color upon arrival.
